I’ll be honest…
Last week I was feeling completely overwhelmed.
There were client emails coming in, Business Wealth Academy projects to work on, accounts to review, team questions, meetings, deadlines and a never-ending to do list.
The result?
I was jumping between tasks and feeling like I wasn’t making progress on any of them.
So Madi sat me down and helped me create a simple weekly plan.
Instead of trying to do everything every day, each day now has a heading.
For example:

📈 Business Development Day
🎥 Business Wealth Academy Day
📧 Admin and Planning Day
Then each morning, we look at the day’s heading and set the priorities that fit that focus. The difference has been incredible.
I’m making better progress, feeling less overwhelmed and spending less time wondering what I should be doing next, whilst the to-do list just got bigger.
As business owners, we often wear so many hats that every day can feel chaotic. Sometimes the answer isn’t working harder.
Sometimes it’s simply deciding what type of work belongs on which day.
